Click on Attach Files under the text box. Your own photo stream will appear.
Select the pic you want from your own photo stream. You’ll probably need to reduce the file size to around 450 by 350, or 350 by 450 for landscape. Either use the software on your device, or download a free image reduction app. such as Image Size, which leaves the original unchanged and adds a second version at lower resolution to your photostream.
If on a phone, choose Medium for size.
The photo will appear as a thumbnail with some text information partly obscuring it. Click on the photo to see it properly.
If happy with it, click on Submit under the text box.
